Accounts and Membership

• You must be 18+ to use the Site and Services.
• If you are creating an account or using the Service on behalf of another individual (e.g., a caregiver setting up the calling service for an older adult), you confirm that you have obtained their explicit consent to do so. We reserve the right to request verification of such consent at any time.
• You are responsible for your account, including all activity. Providing false info or violating these Terms may result in account suspension or deletion.

Privacy

Reservation of Rights

Nothing in this Agreement shall restrict or limit Two Sages’ rights, titles, or interests in or to the Site and Services or any elements or derivatives of the foregoing.

Billing and Payments

You agree to pay all fees as outlined at the time of purchase. If auto-renewal is enabled for the Services you have subscribed for, you will be charged automatically in accordance with the term you selected. We may verify your identity for purchases and reserve the right to change pricing, refuse orders, or limit purchases. If an order is modified or canceled, we may notify you via email or phone.

Support and Product Issues

Electronic Communications

Express Consent. By using Two Sages, you consent to receiving communications from us, including service-related notifications, updates, and other necessary messages. These communications may be sent via email, SMS/MMS, automated calls, or other electronic means.

Transactional messages, such as conversation summaries and service updates, are essential for using Two Sages AI calling services. Both the user and the recipient of the service consent to receiving transactional messages via SMS or email as a required part of the service upon purchase. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. If you do not agree to receive these messages, you should not use Two Sages. Discontinuing or canceling the service will automatically opt you out of these messages.

You may also choose to receive marketing messages, such as special offers, promotions, and newsletters.Marketing messages are optional and you can opt out at any time. You are not required to grant the foregoing consent as a condition for purchase or sign up.

Other Opt-Outs. You may opt out of any other communications by emailing help@twosages.com with the specific communications you would not like to receive. You acknowledge that opting out of communications from Two Sages may affect your ability to interact with the Site and Services and may result in your inability to succeed with the Services you’ve purchased.

By providing this consent, you acknowledge that these communications comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and other applicable laws. Standard messaging, data, and carrier charges may apply.

Acceptable & Prohibited Uses

General Provisions

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
• If any provision is found invalid, the remainder of the Terms remain in effect.
• We can transfer our rights and obligations without needing your consent.
