This policy applies to your use of all software and services provided by Two Sages, LLC. By using Two Sages, you agree to these terms.

What information we collect, and why

Your account details: When you create a Two Sages account, we ask for your first and last name, email address, and phone number. We also ask for the name, email address, and phone number of the product recipient.

Audio Data: Calls are recorded and analyzed to generate transcripts and summaries. At purchase, you’ll explicitly consent to specific uses, including service quality improvement, caregiver summaries, shareable podcast-style recordings, and AI training for speech recognition and language processing. You can withdraw consent anytime by contacting support@twosages.com.

Payment information: When you pay for Two Sages or opt in to a subscription, we use Stripe to collect, store, and process your payment information. Two Sages does not have access to your full credit card information, and we'll never ask you to share that information with us directly.

Our interactions: feedback & support When you contact our Support or Member Experiences team, we retain the chat or email log as part of our records. If you participate in product feedback sessions, we may record the sessions for future reference. We'll always let you know verbally if a call is being recorded.We collect information about how you use our services, including but not limited to features used and pages visited. We process this data based on our legitimate interest in understanding user behavior and preferences to improve our services, enhance user experience, and develop new features.

Third Party Tools, Analytics & Advertising

We take responsibility for your information by only integrating with 3rd party tools that respect your privacy and share our data privacy standards and commitment, and by intentionally not collecting information we do not need.

How we use your data

Identifiable, member-specific data

  • Provide and Personalize Services: To provide you with access to our services, personalize your experience, and tailor insights, education, and resources.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: To provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues. This may involve accessing your account and associated information.
  • Generate Insights: To generate insights and conversation summaries to assist caregivers.
  • Produce Recordings: To produce shareable podcast-style recordings (if applicable).
  • Product Improvement and Research: To use aggregated, de-identified (anonymized) data to improve our products, including developing insights and enhancing the user experience.
  • AI Training: To improve AI accuracy and performance.
  • Marketing: To send you marketing communications about our products and services.

How we store and secure your data

Your data is stored on secure databases hosted by third-party cloud storage providers, including AWS and NeonDB. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and not use it for any purpose other than providing storage and retrieval services. These third parties do not use or have access to your personal information for any purpose other than cloud storage and retrieval.We have implemented reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our App or website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Two Sages is based in the United States, and that’s where we store and process your data — so by using Two Sages, you agree for your data to be transferred and processed in the United States.

How we share your data

We will share your data with third parties only under the following circumstances:

  • You request or authorize us to share your data
  • The information is needed by our agents, vendors, or service providers to perform functions on our behalf
  • We are required to by law (for example, to comply with a search warrant, subpoena, or court order)

We will not sell your personally identifiable data, or sell access to your personally identifiable data. And we'll never use it ourselves for advertising third-party products.

Data Retention

Two Sages retains member data on secure servers for the duration of its business relationship with the member, and for an indefinite period of time afterward. Two Sages is a steward of your data, and you have the right to ask us to delete it at any time.

You can request that we delete all your identifiable data stored by Two Sages by emailing us at support@twosages.com. We will verify that you are the one making this request. Two Sages will comply with your request to delete your data no later than one month after you make your request, unless more time is required to verify your identity.

Your payment history and details, including your billing address is stored with our payment processors, and saved for accounting and fraud prevention purposes. We cannot delete your data that may be stored with any third parties. You'll need to reach out to those third parties for assistance removing your records from their services.

Additional details

Hippa (US Only): Two Sages does not provide medical care and is not a Covered Entity under HIPAA (US Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).

Cookies: A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our App and/or Website. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to our Website. Changes & amendments: We may modify this privacy policy from time to time. If we do, we will post the new privacy policy on our web page.
